User Dashboard with Oauth system and Database API infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled developer to design and implement a user dashboard for the distribution of our software. The primary features and requirements are as follows:
Key Features:
User Interface: The UI should be built using the Electron framework. The design should be clean, intuitive, and user-friendly.
**OAuth System**:
Implement a simple OAuth login system that supports both Google and Discord login mechanisms alongside with regular EMAIL:PASS login.
Pages:
Login Page: A straightforward login page with options for Google and Discord login.
User Dashboard: This page should allow users to manage payment renewals and view their software license key.
API System:
**User Data API**:
We can consider doing via regular API or Websocket Connection.
Multiple APIs to manage and retrieve data related to software usage, analytics, and other relevant metrics.
Websocket API: A continuous connection with the desktop software to exchange data in real-time regarding software usage and analytics.
**Database**: We are open to suggestions for the database system. Part of this database (specifically, the data related to subscribed users) will need to be shared with another website. Hence, interoperability is crucial. ( SQL, Firebase a local MySQL, any of this is good altrought will handle the amount of data needed )
**Hosting**: We are considering Vercel for hosting, but we are open to recommendations if you believe there's a more suitable platform.
