Use react js template to fit my idea

I have a react JS template is a doctor appointment template. He has mostly all the things that I need for my project. I need a react js developer with knowledge in responsive design and good workflow to relocate the different pages and components from this react JS template to fit my idea. It’s one template, but it become two different portals,it will include the login page. Also, the initial page to schedule settings all the front and logic so I need a front end developer that specialize in good logic in the front. No backend it’s needed for this not right now.
