Use API data to return betting arbs

Hello,
I have access to a pre match and live betting odds API for tennis. I wish to use this for identifying arbs (when betting on both sets of a selection with different bookies guarentees profit) - The equation for this is very simple and can be explained (if required).
What is required?
I would like the output fromt the API requests to be returned and formatted in a way where I can quickly see where the arbs are and they are orderd in percentage value. I should be able to filter the bookies I want included in the search and results are refreshed every minute.
At the moment the project just includes the above, but it might lead on to placing automatic bets, but for the time being its is just formatting the data in a clear way to identify the arbs.
I have included some examples of the data that is returned from the calls.
I belive this is a simple project for somebody with the skills. I look forward to building a relationship with the developer.
