Urgent Web Development - TypeScript & SASS

I need a web developer who is proficient in TypeScript, JSX/TSX, and SASS to help me translate some components from Figma into react components and stylesheets (SASS modules), and connect those components to the API (would be great if you could do it, but if you can't - it is also ok)
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in TypeScript, JSX/TSX, SASS, React, MobX.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under VERY tight deadlines.
