Upgrade existing flask webapp to PWA.

Currently , the webapp can be installed as PWA on mobiles(sw.js is successfully registered and works fine) , what is required is an Integration of background sync, geolocation position, and push notifications features to this existing app. Coordinates (lat, long) are sent to a webservice endpoint (json format) periodically 1-2min via an ajax function , maybe? this feature should work even if the user has closed the browser which means should operate in background. Push notification are sent from an ordinary html form and received by the user.
