Updating auth flow from React WFE to NodeJS/Vault backend -- 3

We have an existing React web front end and multiple NodeJS microservices servicing an API. Authentication is done via OAuth2 and using the Hashicorp Vault as a toekn store.
We have an urgent requirement to update our auth flow from the WFE to use the PKCE flow.
Required skills
* Experience with using Hashicorp Vault in a NodeJS service
* Expertise with different flavours of auth flow
* Experience securely authenticating React WFEs against external servers
* Experience with GitLab
As a small company, we require the successful candidate to be able to work independently, to have great communication skills (including fluent English), and to take initiative as well as direction. They would need to be able to forsee any issues that may be created by the work requested.
