Updated pages UI for our website

We have a website for our company and product. Following pages are included in our website –
1. Home Page
2. Shopify Integration
3. Contact Us
4. Pricing
5. FAQ
6. Blog
We have new mock ups for above pages with updated UI. Our requirement is for a front-end designer/developer who create update our pages UI as per the new mock ups.
Currently our website is created in ASP.NET MVC having views created using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap (for responsiveness).
So, our final requirement will be to update above mentioned Views of our website (built in ASP.NET MVC) using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap (for responsiveness), keeping the new views responsive and both desktop and mobile friendly.
Please note no backend work is needed in our website, only the UI of the above-mentioned views needs to be updated. For this UI updating work, will share our website project, you will need to do the changes directly in the views and then provide us back the updated project. Here the header and footer work will be done in the common shared view of ASP.NET MVC project and for each of pages, the changes need to be done in their respective views.
Also, as per new UI, if any new icon or image is needed then that will be provided by us.
Based on the above details we are expecting a new updated clean and pixel perfect UI.
