## Job to be done
Given this non-CMS real estate website: https://www.alfredograf.com/ and all its different pages and with the objective of producing a faster and more secure website, deliver the following:

- Update the whole website from jQuery 2.2.0 to 3.7.1 while keeping the site fully functional.
- Update the whole website from JQuery UI 1.12.1 to 1.13.2 while keeping the site fully functional.
- Update the image carousel to an opensource lightweight one that works.
- Update all other js assets to their most recent versions.
- Eliminate all assets that are not being used by the website in its current form. That is: unused or unnecessary icons, images, js, css code, fonts and html code. You need to manually review these and cut/delete the stuff that is not being used.
- Only load assets that are required for the type of page that requires it.
- Add breadcrumb to detail pages as per image1a.png. Example of detail page: https://www.alfredograf.com/propiedades/av-prolongacion-12-de-octubre-terrenos-residenciales-venta-chorrillos-peru-38858.html

- Add Linkedin and Whatsapp icons as per images image2a.png and image2b.png << this top header and bottom footer section is common to all pages.
- Cut top background image and it's assigned space as shown in image2a.png
- Switch placement of sections as per image3.png
- Re-arrange headers so that a proper cascade from H1 and onwards exists (currently, it starts in H2).
- Lazyload images that are not visible (below the fold or non-inmediately-viewable-in-carousel). This applies to static images as well as real estate detail pages.
- Website should be correctly displayed in desktop as well as in mobile devices. Test on both.
- Asynch, Preload and Preconnect to optimize for speed as necessary.
- Use Chrome's lighthouse performance metrics. Produce screenshots before changes and after changes for both, mobile and desktop using the same values.
- Sometimes these vertical rectangles are not showing up coprrectly, with some getting mounted over others: https://www.alfredograf.com/equipo-de-ventas.php Fix the problem.
- Arrange elements in such a way that the CLS metric radically improves across all pages.

## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.
2) All necessary code and assets to make the website work as intended.
