Update NPM packages in a web project

In an existing ASP.NET project, updated NPM packages, so the project is compatible with Node.js 16.13.1 LTS and reports no vulnerabilities. There's no need to understand ASP.NET. The job is about changes in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS. For the list of packages, see the attached package.json file. The build steps involved are described in the attached gulpfile.js.
