Update Google Apps Script - Minderlaw 20191219G

We have a Google Apps Script at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zqhvPxpjSilJNhz3Oxgu0wDYcHX2p83YXABSG1H135o/edit that extracts data from a USPTO webpage. The USPTO URL currently returns a 405 error code. We need the script updated to resolve the error. Note that you might need to integrate the USPTO API to resolve the error.
