Update Current app using React Native

We are in need of some updates to our current iOS and Android app. To be eligible to work with our app, your company must be knowledgeable with React Native. Below is a list of requirements. Serious inquires only.
1) The app is in need a module addition (the addition of a TOS).
2) Chat and push notifications are handled by Firebase, and they are experiencing lengthy delays.
3) The app authenticates by Wordpress API to a plugin (Advanced Access Manager). A major revision update broke the authentication module, and the authentication request needs to be re-written to be compatible with the latest plugin revision.
