Unique Invoice Numbering for Dual Companies

I'm currently using LimoAnywhere ERP for two companies, and I need help to establish a unique invoice number for each company. The current format is insufficient for our needs.
What I need is:
- Different invoice number sequences for each company
- The format should be: CompanyCode followed by Sequential Number (e.g., 14272A001 for Company A and 14272B001 for Company B)
I understand that I'm unable to change the ERP code itself, but since invoices can be exported as HTML files from the system, I'm open for suggestions on how to manage this. A short call to demonstrate the system can be arranged.
As for embedding the company code in the HTML invoice file, I'm open to the developer's expertise on this matter.
