URL Shortner Website Work

Hey, I have get developed a website for URL shorten. I need to upgrade my system with some modifications.

Now my website URL: http://flyurls.me/6nKSX , my website work is 70% done with some tricks used by developer :(, I want a system like that it also show “Display Ads” when someone going to check my website traffic on similar web.
