Twitter widget showing tweets on website stopped working

Hello,

I had a twitter widget that I used to show my tweets on my sites but it stopped working.
Now instead of showing my tweets it shows the image attached which says: Nothing to see here - yet When they Tweet, their Tweets will show up here.

Code I used so far which worked but stopped working:

Please provide a twitter widget that will work on my php site which I could adjust its size in pixel.

Also please show me how your widget looks like in image or URL format before I choose you.
