Twilio Voice Call to SMS with Database Lookup

I am building a proof of concept with an existing Enterprise Collaboration Software solution that uses Twilio integration on the backend for voice calling and SMS/text messaging. I need an experienced JavaScript developer to help me work through the Enterprise Collaboration Software widget libraries and variables to collect the caller's calling number, perform a database lookup with an http query, and send an SMS/text message to the caller.
The difficult part is that the Enterprise Collaboration Software is confidential and proprietary and cannot be accessed without a screen share into my computer for access. I am an Engineer for the Enterprise Collaboration Software, however, I am not familiar with Twilio or JavaScript. See the workflow diagram for a better explanation. This project can be paid on an hourly basis or a project basis.
