Tutor for Html/Css/Bootstrap/Javascript/Jquery

I am looking for a preferably female teacher for my child to teach and make expert on these technologies. My child is alreayd learning .net and mvc at home and is aware of C#. However front end is still lacking so need someone to make an expert on these technologies. Please kindly contact if you think you can do justice to the job. Someone with excellent english speaking skills and expert on these skills.
