Turborepo/Monorepo Setup on VPS

I'm looking for an experienced professional to set up a Turborepo/Monorepo on my VPS. The primary programming languages will be JavaScript and TypeScript, as we're building a web application and an API. A key part of this project is the use of React, so familiarity with this library is crucial.
