Tradovate Platform - JavaScript

Looking for a programer to be able to have the RSI plot OHLC as an option. Currently can do it in TradingView, but need it to run on JavaScript in Tradovate Platform - Fee is negotiable so do not let the $10-$30 scared you. I know that this is more than that, so please let me know if you can and how much. If you are not familiar with Tradovate or JavaScript, please do not bother.
