I'm in need of an experienced TradingView strategy developer who can build me a custom strategy.

Key Points:
- Indicators: The strategy should utilize Aroon indicator, Risk & Reward Management, Heikin Ashi RSI with candles, trailing stoploss based on custom ATR, risk & reward levels to take profit, and Renko chart.
- Timeframe: The strategy should be designed for a 10-second timeframe.
- Strategy Type: It should be a trend following strategy.

The ideal candidate should have:
