Trading view indicator modification

I am looking for a skilled developer to customize existing features of a trading view indicator.
This indicator is open source and was developed by another person.

Requirements:
- Experience in modifying trading view indicators
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Pine Script
- Knowledge of FX trading, in particular Smart Money Concepts (ICT) prefferable

Specific Features:
- The client has a clear vision of the features they want to add to the trading view indicator
- Addition of an ALERT for a given feature in the indicator, for the given time frame it is create on

Timeline:
- The client does not have a strict deadline and is flexible with the completion time
