I have a TradingView Essential Plan and seeking to know if pinescript or Python strtategy -say halftrend with Volume with SMA 9-20-50-100-200 crossover in different timeframe, can run on a watchlist and send alerts through a Bot to send them over whatsapp or Telegram.. feasibility and cost also requested
