Time schedule (ASP classic ONLY)

I would like to create a web application using ASP CLASSIC only to create "groups of appointments" (each group will have its own color) like insurance, invoices, ...
Within each group of appointments one or more appointments will be created (for example under "insurance" there could be "Car insurance", "Home insurance", ...) that will have
- start date / time
- end date / time
- target groups of appointments
- alert how many days before
- who has to receive the "email alert"
Daily, will be possible to see what happens today, tomorrow, next week, next month
using the grid in attachment.
Daily, someone will receive the notification email with all deadlines.
For most of the work, it may be useful to use free source-codes available on the web.
Application layout (icons, colors, template, logo image, ...) is included and must be proposed by you (there are many free templates you can use) and must be approved before start of coding task.
This information is not complete but is sufficient to provide an estimation (times and costs).
No other languages, no third party controls, no compiled objects.
Firefox and Chrome will be used by end user.
There must be a login with user and password.
This is a very-very fast project.
DB used will be "MS Access" (.mdb) 97/2000 version.
The application will work into an intranet (no internet)
Full documentation is mandatory (from config of environment until application management).
No upfront. No payment before successful completion of all tests. Source-code required for tests
Unnecessary images, files, libraries, ... must be removed.
