Thunderbird Add-on

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a Thunderbird Extension for my organisation. I receive the text from speech from my answering machine, unfortunately it doesn't always know the correct words in technical jargon. I would like a database that I can maintain myself with words (word fragments - technical language). The goal is that the next time I recive an email with that
word fragment, the Add-on should change the word fragments into technical language automaticaly with incoming mails. I am open to any design of the add-on as long as it is user-friendly and simple. Additionally, this add-on must be standalone and does not need to be integrated into any specific platforms or systems. Preference is given to people with experience working with Thunderbird add-ons.
