Three.js website creation frontend GUI with animations

I am looking for someone who can create a frontend website (no need admin or CMS can be static website) looking like reference website (see URL below).
Your creation must be unique, but we need a fancy looking GUI and animations. You can pick your own animations and elements just use Three.js.
