Three JS / Web GL developer for web animated city

Hi, we have developed a city in blender including 4 animations that are embedded in the city from user perspective. We now want to have the city and the animations on the web so that users can see the city through different angles (only surfing from left to right and zoom in, no "google earth perspective", no "shooter game control") and watch animations. Deadline shall be end of February including the need to showcase part of it week by week. Happy to share the city and the animations via wetransfer if email address is provided. Thanks in advance
