Three.js Popup Text Integration

I'm working on a Three.js project and I need to add a popup text feature. The specifics are as follows:
- The popup text should trigger on mouse hover.
- It needs to display HTML content with formatting.
The freelancer for this project should have substantial experience with Three.js and be proficient in JavaScript, as well as having a good understanding of HTML/CSS for formatting the popup text. Additionally, they should be able to position the popup text accurately - it should appear next to the object being hovered over.
