Three.js Export

I am looking for someone who has rich experience in Three.js

-Requirements
1. Add text or circle to the surface of a Planet 3D object.
- add 3 texts and circles to a random or mouse-pressed position.
2. Controller 3D like Mozilla hubs

3. Allow with my working method
- I just need a simple demo, not a big project
- I never create milestones before you show the result as a video
- I don't ask for source code before I pay
- If the video looks good, I pay and ask source code.
