Three.js Developer need

I am looking for a react developer who can make website functionality .Experience of 3 years with three.js and need to make a three.cad like three.js editor where people and easily make their own 3d model .I have a website and only to make a functionality which is like blender software.
First understand whole work then bid. I don't need 3d website.I need a functionality where people can make their own 3d model with many tools like blender
