Theme customization, HTML/CSS/JS/ Tabulator JS library/ Frontend Developer needed

Dear all, I have purchased a theme. The theme has to be integrated into tabulator JS library. It supports custom CSS. Other than that 3-4 pages needs some designing but not that deep because I have the theme It is more like copying the components and forming the complete page.
All pages have a table and each table will have filters e.g. in headers and in sidebars. Tabulator support all these features. If you get tabulator nicely integrated into the theme the rest is a piece of cake.
