Test user journey

I am looking to conduct a user journey test for a website. The purpose of the test is to identify usability issues, evaluate ease of site as a specific user type, document every email received for evaluation, evaluate , and measure user engagement. The target audience for the test is both existing and potential customers. The user journey test will be conducted on the website. I need someone with experience in conducting user journey tests to help me get the best results possible. Must provide detailed documented steps and all observations.
