Template Certificate Generator app
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We're looking for simple project to create certificate generator, similar to example below. We're interested in someone that is available to do this. After this will be small phase 2 with additional features added.
Internally we were thinking of getting this done in Next.js but open to other suggestions.

You would be provided with several background images that will be templates.
The form should allow users to change all the text fields + allow them to change font (few preselected fonts) for each of the text fields they want to edit + user will have option to choose output format (PDF / JPG)
