Telerik Reporting Passing Parameter to Report

I am looking for a developer who is experienced in Telerik Reporting and JavaScript to help me with passing parameters to my web application. The ideal candidate will have experience in the latest version of Telerik Reporting and will be able to complete the following tasks:
