Telehealth Web Application MVP

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Telehealth Web Application MVP.
Design Preferences:
- Full prototype will be provided on Figma.
Technology:
- MERN or Laravel/PHP
- API integration with Stripe (payment gateway) and Calendly (scheduling)
- Real-time chat using third-party SDK
Data Integration and Hosting:
- Required support with data integration, hosting, and deployment
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing complex web applications from scratch
- Proficiency in web development technologies (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
- Ability to follow design preferences and branding guidelines provided by the client
- Experience in deploying high quality code
