Tek Innovate Redesign Micro Project 2: FE Convert the jQuery Header, Navigation and Footer sections to React components

FREELANCER NEEDED: Looking for a freelancer with FrontEnd ReactJS, React Hooks, Material UI and Sass development skills. The freelancer must have a Github profile or something similar that show cases some of their past work/code.
SUMMARY:
TekInnovate redesign micro project 2:
Convert the jQuery Header, Navigation and Footer sections to React components for the http://tekinnovate.com/ web page. The old jQuery code and the logo icons can be obtained from the existing jQuery web page tekinnovate.com. Here is the new React setup code base https://github.com/hboddu/tekinnovate-redesign. It uses MERN stack
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
1. The Header React component must be build using ReactJS. The header component must contain the Logo and Navigation section as shown in the attached gif animation. The Navigation section should contain 4 items and while scrolling down, the logo must reduce in size similar to the existing http://tekinnovate.com/ jQuery webpage
2. The Header React component should also work seamlessly for mobile web resolutions as well. There should be a breadcrumb icon and a dropdown with items in the navigation for mobile view as shown in the attached gif animation and in the http://tekinnovate.com/ jQuery webpage in mobile view.
3. The Footer React component should have just one line text and a dark background as shown in the jQuery web page. It should work seamlessly as shown in the http://tekinnovate.com/ jQuery webpage
4. Implement the styling using material UI and look and feel as shown in the attached gif animation and http://tekinnovate.com/ jQuery web page for both mobile view for both the components
Interview meeting: 10 mins audio/video call interview before awarding the project.
Completion meeting: A meeting to show me the completed project and push the code to Github after completion.
