Take my collection of 10,000 NFTs and make them available for mint on the Solana blockchain

I am looking for a developer that can write the code needed to make a website to mint from on our specified mint date, as well as getting it onto secondary NFT marketplaces. Looking to pay with stake in the NFT mint profits. This is planned to be the genesis mint, so you will be heading up future projects as well if all is successful! Preferably fully fluent in English, enough for a voice call in the NFT discord server, or at least be able to chat in messages.
