TRON Transaction Automation Demo

I'm looking for a TRON blockchain expert to help me with a demo code implementation.

Here's what I need:
- Detect when a client (address B) transfers 10 USDT to my address (A). This transaction will be in block 123456.
- Immediately send a transaction to transfer 100 TRX to address B, which should also be included in block 123456.

Requirements:
- No private node or super representative identity is available.
- Preferably using JavaScript for the demo code.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of TRON blockchain and its API.
- Experience with transaction detection and automation.
- Familiarity with JavaScript programming.

Please provide a solution that works, whether through polling or WebSockets, and can be easily integrated.
