Svelte developer needed to translate some designs to a functional app -- 2

I'm looking for a Svelte developer that can translate some existing designs I have in to a functional app. It's primarily a single "page" that I need, featuring a full page world map, with a few "drawer" components that can slide in/out of view depending on the user's interactions (see attached image). Customizing these drawers will likely be involved, as I haven't found an "off the shelf" solution that does quite what is needed.

Deliverables can be components + styling.
