I am looking for a freelancer to build a form that will allow employees to fill up the required information. The form will collect customized information from the employees, and it should have a file upload feature.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficient in Svelte
- Knowledgeable in building forms with file upload feature
- Form stepper on the left
- Familiarity with conditional logic and third-party service integration is a plus.
