Subscription-Based S3 Access Solution

I'm looking for a developer who can create a simple yet efficient solution that allows direct access to eBooks and tutorials stored in an S3 bucket. The system should incorporate AWS Lambda if necessary, with a subscription logic function and a web interface featuring:

1. Admin Dashboard: This should include user management and subscription tracking capabilities.
2. API interface for Payments: This needs to support payment processing, subscription management, and integration with a mobile wallet payment system.
3. Front Interface for Product Viewing: This will be implemented later, but it's important to note.

The solution must be subscription-based, providing users with direct S3 URL access after logging in. I want this project to be completed as soon as possible, so I'm looking for someone with a strong background in AWS, payment integration, and web development.
