I am looking for an expert web developer with experience in camera integration to support the development of a website aimed at rehab stroke patients. This website will use a camera to capture, record, and interpret specific hand gestures of the users.
Key Roles:

- The vital gesture to be recorded is the stretching of the hand.
- The data should be recorded in the form of numbers.
