Stock price alarms frontend in React

It would be a front end in React for a stock price alarms website where you can select in dropdowns the limits and type of alarm and combine several ones. I need the main front end functionality such as buttons for adding and deleting the alarms, the modal for describing the alarm trigger conditions and a way of notifying user. I don't need the algorithm for calculating when the alarm will trigger, but I need a way of sending and sounding the alarm on the user's device.
