Stock chart mini project

I need a program that will look like a visualization of the Apple stock chart (picture uploaded)


1. visualization of the Apple stock chart to be written in javascript

2. The program must connect to a Postgresql database and retrieves and display data from it.
(programming language of your choice)
(file with data uploaded)

3. The program must be written in such a way so the data is first fed through the program before it's displayed
