Static HTML CSS Conversion Project

I have 5–10 responsive PHP pages running live today and I need them turned into clean, static HTML that still looks and behaves exactly the same. Your job is to strip out every include, session, and database call so the final site is pure HTML + CSS + JS, rebuilt on Bootstrap. I’m flexible on the Bootstrap version as long as the finished pages remain fully responsive and pixel-perfect against the originals.

The only server-side code I want to keep is a simple PHP mailer driving the existing “Contact Us” form. Once you migrate that form, it must still send submissions to my email address; everything else can be flat files.

Deliverables
• 5–10 static .html files mirroring the current design and layout
• One working PHP mail script connected to the contact form
• All supporting CSS, JS, and assets organised in a tidy folder structure
• Tested responsiveness across modern browsers and common mobile breakpoints

Please maintain every visual detail—including navigation, colour palette, and footer placement—so visitors won’t notice any difference other than faster load times.
