Static Business Info Site Build

I need a clean, fast-loading static website that presents my company’s key information at a glance. The site will be purely informational—no CMS—so well-structured HTML5, CSS3, and a touch of vanilla JavaScript (or lightweight libraries such as Bootstrap for layout and Slick or Swiper for the slider) should be all that’s required.
