Speech input to bot press chatbot with output via video clips

Summary

This job is working with Botpress, developing a speech to text input for Botpress to use.
Botpress text output is played as a video file. The video will need some sort of buffering system for fast delivery.
The project will be browser based but will need to be phone / tablet compatible.
