Sophisticated SOAP API and Webhook Integration

I'm looking for a specialist in API integration, specifically with SOAP. The main purpose of this project is to implement third-party service interaction. The service we're aiming to integrate with is a messaging network related to payments. Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a Webhook for the purpose of real-time communication.
- Enable an API call-in and out system that is modern and efficient.
- Incorporating a SOAP integration to function with our provider system.
Ideally, you should have significant experience in API call integration, Webhook development, and, of course, an in-depth understanding of SOAP integrations. Familiarity with payment messaging networks would be a strong advantage as well. Looking forward to receiving your informed bids.
