Solana Snipping Bot Development

I'm in need of an experienced developer to build a Solana-based snipping bot. The bot is expected to perform the following tasks:

- Automatically buy new tokens: The bot should be able to detect and execute buy orders for newly launched tokens on Solana.
- Monitor and report on token performance: It should track the performance of these tokens, providing me with insights and updates on their value.
- Scan for potential rug pulls: The snipping bot must also be able to identify and alert me about potential rug pulls in the Solana ecosystem.

The scanning for new tokens and potential rug pulls should occur every minute.
