Solana and RUST expert needed

I need an expert in Solana Contracts and Rust to develop a sort NFT Staking system where a user stakes 2 NFTs for an X period of time as well as our native SPL token and after X time they'll receive a new NFT, get their 2 NFTs back and burn the SPL token.

Please don't make proposals for mint websites, or basic websites, that's not what I'm after at all. Please read carefully.
