Software Redesign and Feature Implementation

We're looking for a developer who can redesign our software's UI. The software is built with NodeJS, Bootstrap and HTML. Screenshots will be provided for the current software and the perspective look that is desired. Redesign mock up design will be reviewed and attaching all the current software's functionality to the new UI is part of the requirements.
We are looking for this developer to have good backend in javascript and nodejs. Good communication is key and being able to commit to deadlines is critical.
