Software Engineer for Ongoing Web Development

I’m looking for a software engineer who is comfortable with modern web development and can communicate clearly and flexibly. This is for a personal project with ongoing small tasks, feature updates, and debugging. I value reliability, transparency, and someone who can explain their progress in simple terms.

Requirements:
-JavaScript & TypeScript: You should have solid hands-on experience writing clean, modern JavaScript and TypeScript code, including ES6+ features and general best practices.
-Software engineering basics: You need a good understanding of core engineering concepts like version control, debugging, API integration, and organizing code in a maintainable structure.
-.NET (optional): Experience with .NET or .NET Core is a plus, especially if you are comfortable with basic backend tasks such as working with controllers or simple services.
-Communication: You must be able to communicate clearly and flexibly, give regular updates, and respond quickly when discussing tasks or clarifying requirements.
-Work style: You should be able to work independently, follow instructions, and proactively solve problems without needing constant supervision.
